Special rules for Registration
ceremonies at PLT:
- We only accept registrations for ceremonies up to TWO
WEEK in advance.Any registrations beyond that
period will be Mailed Back to the senders.
- If registering by fax, please mail ONLY your registration
fees to PLT and also SPECIFY the purpose of the fee(for registrations,
for donatons etc); DOT NOT
mail registration forms again.
- In addition fax registration forms only to PLT, NEVER
to Purple Lotus School even though the ceremony may be
held there.
- NO EMAIL registration
for any ceremonies will be accepted.
- For registration fees and other donations, please make money
orders or checks payable to Purple Lotus Temple (PLT), account
#0445042120 (ABA#121000248) at Wells Fargo Bank, 855 El Camino
Real, San Bruno, CA 94066. Visa/Master cards are welcome.
- There are no specified fees for these ceremonies. Make offerings
in any amount as you see fit.
